Client: the natural person receiving services (referred to as Client)

II. Terms and Conditions
II. 1. Consent to the General Terms and Conditions, Availability of the Document
The Client agrees to the General Terms and Conditions by booking an appointment. Online booking requests cannot be submitted without checking the box on consenting to the General Terms and Conditions. If an appointment is booked via the phone or in person, the Service Provider informs the Client on the availability of the General Terms and Conditions verbally. If the appointment is booked via electronic messaging, the Service Provider sends the direct link of the General Terms and Conditions or upon request the document itself as an attachment to the Client.
The Service Provider makes the General Terms and Conditions available:
in printed format in the Salon during business hours,
electronically on the website,
as downloadable pdf on the website (including previous versions of the document as well),
as an e-mail attachment upon the Client’s request.

II. 2. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The Service Provider shall publish the amendments on its website and in the salon. Provisions making the situation of the Client less favorable shall not come into effect earlier than six weeks after the publication of the amendments.

II. 3. Appointment booking, cancellation and late fees
Appointments may be booked max. 1 month and 15 days in advance.
Appointments for the next 24 hours may be booked exclusively via phone or in person.

The appointments shall be modified or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is cancelled/modified within 24 hours, the Client shall pay 50% of the price of the cancelled booking at their next appointment. Failing to do so the Client shall not receive further services. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse further bookings or services in case the Client cancels the appointment within 24 hours. No-shows shall not book any new appointments, and their previously scheduled appointments will be deleted.

The appointment means the start of the service. The Client shall arrive at a time which allows the provider to start the service at the beginning of the appointment. The Service Provider reserves the right to offer a different, less time consuming alternative service or perform the service only partially if the Client is more than 10 minutes late – nevertheless the Client will be charged for all booked services.

II. 4. Service Terms
The Client is required to fill a client intake form before receiving any services. The terms of the data processing are available in the Privacy Policy (downloadable: https://nailsuitebudapest.com/adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/ and the printed version is available in the salon).

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any services if they cannot be provided safely or in agreement with the professional minimum standards based on the data provided on the client intake form or during the consultation. The Client understands, that in this case he/she is not entitled to demand any damages based on not receiving the booked services.

Some of the factors that may affect/prohibit the services:
- diabetes
- certain cardiovascular and circulatory diseases
- high blood pressure
- cancer
- hemophilia
- disorders of the skin of the hands and feet: skin and nail conditions (suspicion of viral, bacterial and fungal infections, open sores, wounds, injuries, tissue growths, eczema, allergic reactions etc.)
- fever, nausea

The Client understands that nail and foot care services are beauty services aimed to elevate general comfort levels, therefore they do not replace or overwrite medical advice, treatment or care. The Service Provider is not competent to set up any medical diagnosis, cannot confirm the presence or the lack of any illness, infection or disease. If there is a suspicion of a medical condition, the Service Provider reserves the right to refer the Client to medical care.

If the Client is underage, the Guardian of the Client shall give a written consent in person defining the services the Client may receive (Attachment 2). This statement may be modified at any time by informing the Service Provider. Children under the age of 14 cannot receive gel polish or nail extensions. Children under the age of 10 are excluded from all services.

II. 5. Use of Materials and Tools
The Client understands that the Service Provider uses exclusively their own tools and products when providing services. Based on individual consideration exceptions may be granted only in case of decorative materials that do not come in direct contact with the natural nails or skin (e.g. glitter powder or rhinestones). The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality and durability of these materials. The Client shall pay the full price of the service regardless of the origin of the decorating material – the application of the Client’s product does not decrease the prices.

II. 6. Prices
The price list and the description of the services are made available by the Service Provider on the website and at the salon in a printed version. Should the published price lists differ, the price more favorable to the Client shall be applied. The obviously faulty price is invalid.
Changes to the price list shall be published at least three weeks before coming to effect on the website and at the salon as well.

II. 7. Discounts, Sales and Promotions
The Service Provider may grant special offers. Special offers (discounts, sales and promotions) cannot be combined. The details of the special offers and any conditions applying shall be published on the website and at the salon.

II. 8. Warranty
The Service Provider shall fix any gel polished nails or nail extensions free of charge and without delay if the cause of the faulty (chipped, broken, lifted, peeled etc.) nail probably derives from improper service. The fault in the nails shall arise within the following time periods in order to fall under the warranty:
- gel polishing – within 5 days from the service
- gel polishing with strengthener – within 10 days from the service
- nail extensions size S – within 12 days from the service
- nail extensions size M, L – within 10 days from the service

The faulty/improper service is probable, if the Client fully followed the Nail Care Instructions (Attachment 3), especially the avoidance of physical and chemical damage. The Nail Care Instructions will be handed over to the Client after the first gel polish/nail extension service in a printed version, and are also available on the website. Services using the Client’s products cannot be deemed faulty/improper.

If the warranty periods are exceeded or faulty/improper service cannot be established, the Service Provider corrects any faults to the nails for the price indicated on the price list.

The Client shall notify the Service Provider about any problems with the nails immediately when they occur, but within 24 hours the latest.
