The Salon offers three types of natural hand- and nailcare services:

DRY MANICURE

This e-file/Russian manicure service includes nail cutting and shaping as well as the removal of dead cuticle by using an electric nail file, eliminating the need for soaking the hands. The treatment is finished by the polishing of the nail plates with a special buffer and the application of the cuticle oil. This is an effective and time-efficient basic service when there is no need for the treatment of the skin on the hands.

SPA MANICURE

During our spa handcare service we soften the cuticle by soaking the hands in a detoxicating water-based solution, remove the dead skin and shape the free edge of the nail by filing. Then we scrub the hands with an ultra refined exfoliator and apply a deep moisturizing cream mask to revitalize the skin. The last step of the treatment is softening the cuticles with an oil rich in anti-oxidants and applying a light lotion to the hands.

PARAFFIN MANICURE

We begin the paraffin treatment by soaking the fingers to soften the cuticle. After that we remove the excess skin and shape the free edge of the nails. We exfoliate the hands by using an aromatic scrub, then we apply a nutrient filled cream to the hands. We submerge the hands in warm paraffin, which forms a vax like shell as it cools down – this process takes 5-10 minutes and ensures the deep and long-lasting moisturization. After the removal of the paraffin we finish the manicure by applying a natural oil on the cuticles.

We offer the following four types of footcare services. If you need more information, we are more than happy to help you choose the one that meets your needs the most.

MINI PEDICURE

The Mini Pedicure service is recommended for those clients who wish to have their toenails treated, but aren't interested in the skincare that is included in regular pedicures. This service consists of the removal of the excess cuticle from the nail plate using an electric file after the shortening and shaping of the toenails. It is also possible to thin out the thickened nails. The last step of the Mini Pedicure is the polishing followed by the application of a high quality mineral oil to the skin around the nails.

FULL PEDICURE

Our Full Pedicure service includes the nail treatment of the Mini Pedicure as well as an extensive footcare phase: we soak the feet in a detoxicating solution to soften the thickened, calloused skin, and remove the excess buildup (& corns) using a scalpel. The treatment area is covered regularly with skin softening foams to ensure that the last filing step of the service results in a perfectly smooth and silky surface. The pedicure is finished by applying a revitalizing cream and cuticle oil.

SPA PEDICURE

Spa pedikűr során néhány igazán kényeztető lépéssel egészítjük ki a Teljes pedikűrt: az elhalt hámsejtek szikés eltávolítását követően krémes bőrradírral adjuk vissza a bőr puhaságát, ezt követően pedig élénkítő lábmaszkkal revitalizáljuk a kezelési területet — a shea vajas maszk fóliába tekerve a körömápolás ideje alatt fejti ki hatását. A szolgáltatást masszázskrém könnyed felvitelével és antioxidánsokban dús körömápoló olaj alkalmazásával fejezzük be.

PEDICURE WITH CHEMICAL PEELING (Callux)

Our chemical peel based pedicure is a great alternative to those who are advised to avoid scalpel treatments: we highly recommend this service to clients suffering from diabetes, wound healing issues or circulatory problems, and it is also a solution for all who have reservations when it comes to the use of blades. The completely vegan Callux system removes the dead skin with a chemical peeling gel and a sugar-based foot scrub – this leaves virtually no room for mechanical injuries. The multi-step process includes the removal of callouses as well as a full nailcare service. The result is the energizing feeling of completely smoot and soft skin.

Japanese nailcare and regular or gel polishing is available as an add-on to all footcare services. It is also possible to sculpt a prothesis in case of a damaged toenail.

Gel polishing reformed nail art as it grants clients a perfect manicure for up to three weeks without the rigidity of sculpting materials. This technique is especially popular with those who prefer a natural look, however almost all extra decorations can be applied to the surface of gel polish, therefore by letting the natural nails grow longer we can make the impression of nail extensions as well.

A háromlépéses géllakk készítése során zsírtalanítjuk és bufferrel mattítjuk a körömfelületet, ugyanakkor tévhit, hogy a körömlemezt el kellene reszelni/vékonyítani a tartós eredményhez. Erősített géllakknál az alapréteg és a választott szín közé folyékony, oldható erősítő zselét teszünk, ezzel ellenállóbbá téve a körmöket. A klasszikus géllakk általában kettő, a megerősített pedig három hétig tartós — ez azonban jelentősen függ a körmök eredeti állapotától, valamint az életmódtól és a kezek igénybevételétől is. Biztonsági okokból a sértetlen géllakkot is célszerű cserélni vagy eltávolítani 4 hét után.

Gel polishing can have marvelous results on toenails as well, for example it can completely hide a nail prothesis. As toenails grow slower, the gel polish might last up to 4-6 weeks.

Gel polishing prices include the preparation of the natural nails and the removal of the previous products by filing if they were applied at Nail Suite Budapest.

We use high quality professional products, which can be either soaked or filed off based on the client's request, but the method must be specified at appointment booking.

Műköröm építése során zselével meghosszabbítjuk a természetes körmöt, illetve kialakítjuk a C-ívet, majd igény szerint színezzük és díszítjük a felületet. A műköröm ma már nemcsak a ’90-es években köztudatba betört feltűnő, sokszor kiszélesedő vagy vastag körmöket jelenti, hanem a tökéletesen természetes hatású konstrukciókat is. A műköröm igény szerint tarthat csak az ujjbegyig, ami könnyebbséget jelenthet például körömrágóknak vagy olyan vendégeknek, akiknek korábbi sérülésből adódóan tartósan deformált a körme, de lehet extrém hosszú is hegyes siletto formában.

A körömépítés meghatározó előnye a díszítési lehetőségek sokfélesége mellett a hosszan tartó ápolt hatás: a körmök akár 4 héten át sértetlenek maradhatnak. A műköröm töltése során eltávolítjuk a díszítést és a színt, elvékonyítjuk az építőanyagot, majd a legutóbbi kezelés óta nőtt friss körmöt is bevonva új C-ívet alakítunk ki — a végeredmény pedig egy ragyogó szett anélkül, hogy a körömlemezt többször is mattítanunk kellett volna.

Size S/M/L: the free edge of the nail is at or under the matching mark on the sculpting form. Nails longer than size L are only available for return customers, pricing is done individually.

The following services are available as add-ons to main services.

JAPANESE MANICURE/PEDICURE

Japanese manicure or pedicure is a natural nail treatment which consists of rubbing beewax and talcum powder into the nail plate in order to be able to polish it to perfection with a calfskin block. The high quality products ensure that the mirrorlike shine lasts for days after the treatment. The service is recommended after the final removal of gel polish or nail extensions. For an even more impressive result you can have a Japanese manicure weekly as a three or four week long cure. Gel polish and nail extensions cannot be applied right after this treatment.

REGULAR NAIL POLISHING

Regular nail polishing is available as an add-on to all hand- and footcare services. Please note that it takes time for nail varnishes to dry, therefore you might not be able to leave the salon immediately after your service, especially if you wear closed toe shoes.

NAIL REPLACEMENT/PROTHESIS

Hiányos, sérült, tartósan deformált köröm esetén kézen és lábon is lehetőség van körömpótlásra. Ennek során a csonkot porcelánnal, zselével vagy hibrid cselével toldjuk meg, hogy egészséges természetes köröm hatását keltsük — a protézisek tetejére tehetünk géllakkot vagy körömlakkot is. A körömpótlásnak azonban számos akadálya lehet, így a konkrét eljárás és hosszútávú karbantartás mindig egyedi megállapodás eredménye. (Körömprotézisnél is vannak kizáró tényezők, így kifejezetten fontos az előzetes konzultáció!)

GEL POLISHING AS AN ADD-ON TO SPA/PARAFFIN HANDCARE

Gel polishing is available at a better price as an add-on to full hand and footcare services.

PARAFFIN HANDCARE AS AN ADD-ON TO NAIL EXTENSIONS

Paraffin handcare is available as an extra service after applying nail extensions: the treatment will be performed without soaking the natural nails.

Gel polish and nail extensions should always be removed professionally to avoid trauma to the natural nails.

GEL POLISH

All products applied at Nail Suite Budapest are high quality professional materials, which can be either filed or soaked off. Filing is a quicker and easier removal method: when we switch colors, it is enough to file off the top coat and the color layers, the strengthening gel and the base coat remain on the surface of the natural nail, which prevents the overfiling of the nail plate. When we soak off the gel polish, all products are removed from the natural nail at every service. This method is convenient for clients who are not comfortable with the idea of filing.

NAIL EXTENSIONS

A műköröm töltése során szükségszerűen reszeljük a felépített zselé/porcelán anyagot, a végleges eltávolításnál porcelán esetében azonban leoldásra is van lehetőség. Míg az építőzselék egyike sem oldható, a régebbi és hazánkban, illetve a kontinentális európai területeken egyre inkább háttérbe szoruló porcelán acetonos áztatással is maradéktalanul eltávolítható — ez nem is feltétlenül hosszadalmas folyamat, hiszen a porcelán nagyját, ami nem érintkezik a természetes körömlemezzel, csiszolással leszedhetjük, így az oldószernek csak egy vékony réteggel kell megküzdenie. Az anyagválasztás során tehát célszerű már az akár csak hónapokkal későbbi eltávolítási lehetőségeket is figyelembe venni.

The proper maintenance and removal of any prothesis will be individually discussed before application.

Most nail art options are available all the time, but there are always new techniques, and it is possible that some of the design options are temporally out of stock. Please let us now upon booking your appointment if you have very specific ideas.
