Booking Policy
Changes to the General Terms & Conditions

Dear Clients,

Due to recent events the General Terms & Conditions will be amended.

The contents of II. 3. Appointment booking, cancellation and late fees will change to the following:

Appointments may be booked max. 1 month and 15 days in advance. Appointments for the next 24 hours may be booked exclusively via phone or in person. The appointments shall be modified or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is cancelled/modified within 24 hours, the Client shall pay 50% of the price of the cancelled booking at their next appointment. Failing to do so the Client shall not receive further services. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse further bookings or services in case the Client cancels the appointment within 24 hours. No-shows shall not book any new appointments, and their previously scheduled appointments will be deleted.

The appointment means the start of the service. The Client shall arrive at a time which allows the provider to start the service at the beginning of the appointment. The Service Provider reserves the right to offer a different, less time consuming alternative service or perform the service only partially if the Client is more than 10 minutes late – nevertheless the Client will be charged for all booked services.
